DESCRIPTION:December 6th\, 2019\n9:00am – 12:00pm\n\nSid is a kid who loves science. During this Tot Day we encourage discovery using experiments and activities inspired by stories from the television show ‘Sid the Science Kid.’ Get inventive\, silly\, and curious with us and Sid! \nThis is not an official PBS event and no character appearances will occur. \n\nAnd don’t miss our Tot Day planetarium show! We are happy to announce that we are now offering an EXTRA planetarium showtime! Shows are available at 10am\, 10:30am and 11am. Tickets are included with Tot Day admission. Seating is limited. \nMore about Tot Discovery Days: Each month we set up activities and interactive learning stations designed to create an experience that will ignite your child’s curiosity and interest in science. DESCRIPTION:Science After School is a new program developed by Eugene Science Center in response to Friday early release days in local schools. The program is an opportunity for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students (and the home school equivalent) to explore science in a fun\, hands-on setting. \nScience After School is led by experienced STEM educators and incorporates both structured and open-ended inquiry based learning opportunities.
