DESCRIPTION:UPDATE 9/16/18 10:00am: Unfortunately the pet shop bringing reptiles has had a family emergency and won’t be able to make it to cavalcade today. We anticipate rescheduling their visit for a future date\, TBA.\nWe will still be hosting storytime with Sara Glater and a booth about native reptiles with a local herpetologist\, and of course the exhibit hall and planetarium are here for a day of fun science exploration! \n  \nGet up-close and personal with a treasure trove of reptiles and amphibians from around the world. Ask questions and learn how to take care of your own cold-blooded creatures at home. Meet makers\, hackers\, artists\, hobbyists\, and do-it-yourself enthusiasts of all stripes ready to share their experiments and projects with you. With robots\, rockets\, arts and crafts\, 3D printers\, and more\, there’s something amazing around every corner! \nAdmission to Mini Maker Faire includes admission to Eugene Science Center Exhibit Hall and Planetarium. \nPricing: $8 (ages 3-61) / $7 (ages 62+) / Free (ages 0-2) \nPLEASE NOTE: Eugene Science Center member admission rate is $3 for this event. \nAdvance tickets are available now!
