Farm & Food Science

Join us for a day where we can play with our food! Plant vegetable seeds and learn what makes them grow. Explore the processes of preparing and preserving food after it’s been harvested. Catch demonstrations of butter and cheese making that you can try at home. We’ll even meet a few furry farm friends with the help of Ferns Edge Goat Dairy.

Activities are included with regular Exhibit Hall admission ($5 general admission or $8 in combination with a Planetarium show)

Please note that we will be offering a special planetarium schedule, featuring our shows that focus on themes we will explore during this special event.
