Recycling bottles and cans through BottleDrop is an easy way to keep beverage containers out of landfills and raise funds.
If you already have a Bottle Drop Account
As an individual using Green Bags to recycle, you can choose to transfer funds from your BottleDrop account to Eugene Science Center. Go to Bottledrop.com/fundraiser/
No account needed to use Blue Bags to donate
Pick up a blue bag from Eugene Science Center’s lobby and fill it with containers marked with OR-10. Return the Blue Bag to a BottleDrop Redemption Center and funds will be automatically sent to Eugene Science Center. This is a great option if you are planning an event where you will have a large number of soda/beer cans or bottles.
Donation Reward Programs
It’s easy to support Eugene Science Center just by shopping! Here are a couple ways that your purchases can help us:
- Link your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to Eugene Science Center (#EM088). Whenever you use your Rewards Card when shopping at Freddy’s, you will be helping us earn a donation from Fred Meyer.
- Shop at hundreds of stores online. When you register Eugene Science Center as your cause, a portion of your purchase is donated to us.
- Donate unused gift card balances. Donate unused gift cards online by exchanging your unused or partially used gift cards to benefit Eugene Science Center!
