Costume Contest Rules:

The judges shall have the sole authority and discretion to select the winners of the Most Creative Costume, Most Original Costume, Scariest Costume and Best Couples Costume. All event guests will be eligible to vote for the People’s Choice Award (Best overall costume). You do not need to be present for the whole event to win, although it is encouraged!

Very Important Weapons Policy!  Nothing that looks even remotely real.  Must be plastic, foam or cardboard.
